Writing Throughout POUL 5140

During my final semester at Auburn University, I enrolled in POUL 5140 in order to understand processing, further processing, and products in the poultry industry. Along with lecture, we participated in coordinating labs to get hands-on experience with what we were learning. After performing labs and gathering data, we were asked to write lab reports to discuss our findings and also gain understanding of reporting scientific information.
